Spring 2025 marked another exciting chapter for the Community Health Worker Training programs at Kent State University.   • Technical aptitude (no need to be a programming or statistics pro, but some proficiency is extremely useful)
  • Openness to learning and collaboration
  • Interest in making data actionable 

Michelle offers some advice for this aspect as well, stating, 鈥淒on鈥檛 let the lack of an analytics background hold you back. If you are curious, motivated, and willing to learn, you already have what it takes to succeed.鈥
