The Kent State University Museum is displaying a rare LeRoy Neiman illustration capturing Kent State alumnus and former New York Yankees captain Thurman Munson at the height of his career.The piece, on loan from the LeRoy Neiman and Janet Byrne Neiman Foundation, depicts Munson alongside teammate Reggie Jackson at the 1978 World Series. The Nurse Education Assistance Loan Program (NEALP) provides financial assistance to Ohio Students enrolled at least half-time study (or accepted for enrollment) in an approved Ohio nurse education program. NEALP provides funding for nurses who intend to serve as instructors or students who intend to serve as nurses after graduation.
